MT4
To log in to a new live account on MT4 app, follow the steps below:
- Launch the MT4 application on your device and open the side-bar menu. Select ‘Manage Accounts’ at the top of the menu.
- Click on the + symbol to add a new account. Select ‘Login to an existing account’.
- In the ‘Find Broker’ search bar, enter HugosWay.
- Select HugosWay-Live from the list that appears.
- Use your HugosWay Login credentials to log in to your Live account and click ‘sign-in’.
To reset your MT4 password, login to Hugo's Way and follow the steps below:
You must follow these procedures in order to reset your MT4 password:
- Log in to your customer profile at Hugo's Way.
- Please choose "Trading Accounts" from the left-side menu after logging in.
- Choose "Reset Password" after selecting the "Padlock" icon next to the relevant account.
You will receive the password reset email to the email address registered to your account.
Please note: You would need to have made your first deposit before the system will allow you to create a Live Account.
You may then select the currency of your MT4 account (USD/BIT/GBP/EUR/CAD/AUD) and the leverage you prefer.Finally, select 'Open Trading Account,' your live account will now be listed under your "Trading Accounts" tab.
An email will be sent to you with your log-in credentials.
You can customise the charts by:
- Right-clicking on the chart
- Select "Properties"
- You will be able to change the colours to suit your preferences.
- For more options select the "Common" tab.
To be able to customise the instrument/pair options, you need to:
- Right-click on any instrument/pair.
- Select "Symbols".
- The Grey ones are: Hidden The Orange ones are: Showing
- Right-click on one of your accounts.
- Select Login to Trade Account.
- You will need to choose the type of account you are going to open then click Next.
- Login: MetaTrader Account Number.
- Password: Trader Password.
- Select HugosWay-Real3 (Live account) or HugosWay-Demo3 (Demo account).
- Click "Next".
If you enter the correct details, you will see your additional account.
If you want to open a specific chart for an Instrument/Pair, you need to:
- Right-click on the instrument/pair.
- Click Chart window.
If you are unable to find the instrument,Right-click on the chart and clickShow All.
You can also drag and drop the Instrument/Pair over an existing chart on the right to replace the current chart.
If you are unable to connect to our servers, please do the following:
- Click on File then Login to Trade Account.
- Input your MetaTrader Account Number and Trader Password.
- Enter in one of the below server details depending on which one you are using, you would be able to see this from your Hugo's Way Account under the "My Accounts" section:
- Live Server 1: mt4.hugosway.com (HugosWay-Real3)ORLive Server 2: mt4.hugosway.com (HugosWay-Live)
Once that has been done, you should be connected to our servers.
- Navigate to ‘Internal Transfer’
- Select ‘From Account’ (MT4 account number)
- Choose the ‘To account’ where you wish to transfer in to (Wallet in currency)
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer
You need to have this amount available in your MetaTrader account before you can transfer it.
