Not Gaining Access To Our MetaTrader Servers?

If you are unable to connect to our servers, please do the following:

Click on File then Login to Trade Account.
Input your MetaTrader Account Number and Trader Password.
Enter in one of the below server details depending on which one you are using, you would be able to see this from your Hugo's Way Account under the "My Accounts" section:

Live Server 1: mt4.hugosway.com (HugosWay-Real3)ORLive Server 2: mt4.hugosway.com (HugosWay-Live)

Once that has been done, you should be connected to our servers.
