All accounts are ECN/STP. This means all trades are sent straight to the Liquidity Provider.
We support our customers in managing their tax requirements and affairs with a trading report from MetaTrader.
Please use the below steps to create this report to a customized time period as required:
1.) Within MetaTrader, click on "Account History".
2.) Right-click and choose the required time frame for the tax period or period of time that this report is needed for.
2.) Click on "Save as Detailed Report".
Please note that we are not licensed to give guidance on how to complete your tax forms. Also, we do not provide a 1099 tax form, and this must be obtained from your local tax office.

Yes you are free to hedge, scalp and trade during news events.
Our margin rules are the following:
- Margin Call - 100%
- Stop Out level - 70%
You can find your Margin Level on your desktop or mobile MT4. Meaning, if you reach 100% you get a margin call and you are not able to open any trades. If you reach a margin level of 70% or below, A Stop Out will occur at which MT4 will start to close the client’s open positions one by one to prevent further losses that lead to negative balance (below 0 USD).Your biggest negative trades will be closed automatically to avoid running your account into negative balance.
With Hugo's Way, you are charged $5 per lot traded.
If you opt to trade with a smaller lot size, the commission fee will be adjusted based on the lot size selected.
For example, if you decide to place a trade with 0.5 lots, you would be charged $2.50.

- Click on Internal Transfer
- Select Wallet to Wallet as Transfer Type
- Choose the account you need to send the funds from
- Choose the account you need to deposit into
- Enter the amount to transfer.
- Click Request Transfer
Please note the funds must be available in your Hugo's Way Wallet before you can transfer it.
